Tailored Solutions: Just over 90 years ago our affiliated company, Toronto Hydro Electric System, started building a vast infrastructure of underground ducts and overhead poles and wires to deliver electricity in our city. Building on this expertise and reliability, we are using this infrastructure to deliver exceptional data solutions to our customers. In addition to dark fibre we offer a range of access products including Private Line Services (DS-3 to OC-48 and beyond) and Metro LAN (10/100BaseT Ethernet to Gigabit Ethernet). Service Excellence 24/7/365: Around-the-clock customer support with technical staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our Carrier Class Network Operations Centre. Proactive network monitoring is ongoing 24/7 to ensure quality and consistency – and just in case, our MTTR is an outstanding 4 hours.

Fast Provisioning: We have one of the shortest provisioning cycles anywhere. This means you're up and running – maximizing the return on your investment – in record time.

Optional Diversity: You have the option to lease fibre pairs on common or diverse routes to build redundancy and/or diversity into your network.
