Dave Dobbin, President, Toronto Hydro Telecom Inc.
David Dobbin is responsible for leading the market growth and development of Toronto Hydro Telecom Inc., with operational responsibilities for business strategy, sales and marketing, network operations, services creation and customer care.

Mr. Dobbin has extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry in Canada. In recent years, Mr. Dobbin has provided strategic counsel to carriers and large corporations in Canada and internationally on projects related to telecom network construction and optimization. He has been instrumental in assisting a large number of municipal electric utilities in Ontario enter the telecom business.

Prior to joining Toronto Hydro Telecom, Mr. Dobbin was the Chief Operating Officer of Telecom Ottawa where he created a successful telecommunications subsidiary for Hydro Ottawa Holdings Inc. Prior to this, he was Project executive at Hydro One Telecom/SCBN where he managed the successful start-up of Municipal Area Networks and Wide Area Networks in Southern Ontario, as well as Vice-President of Operations at BDO Watson/Watson & Associates.

Kent MacDonald, Director Telecom Operations & Planning
Responsible for customer care from initial customer order through Planning, Implementation, and ongoing Customer Service, Kent MacDonald directs Toronto Hydro Telecom's post-sales Telecom Operations Teams. Kent oversees the customer service organization including the carrier-class Network Operations Centre; ensuring Service Level Agreement commitments are always met and is charged with making sure that Toronto Hydro Telecom's Ethernet and SONET data transport networks and Internet network architecture can provide customers with the highest level of network and service reliability.

A specialist in ATM and LAN switching, xDSL, SONET and DWDM Optical Switching, Network Management, and Network Switching and Routing Protocols including ATM, Ethernet, Frame Relay, MPLS, & TCP/IP. Kent brings his 20 years of experience with both Enterprise and Carrier (Competitive Local Exchange Carriers) companies to Toronto Hydro Telecom. Through progressively senior roles in network operations, planning, engineering, and design at Bank of Montreal, CBC, Rogers Network Services, MetroNet, AT&T Canada and CoManage, he has the background and experience to deliver highly reliable network solutions and service.

George Figueiredo, Manager, Customer Service
Recognized for his leadership and innovation in delivering superior network customer service, George Figueiredo heads up the customer service team at Toronto Hydro Telecom and is responsible for fulfilling the commitments outlined in our Service Level Agreement. For more than 27 years he has been delivering mission critical service levels to many of Canada's leading telecommunication carriers and enterprise customers -- Rogers Communications, WorldCom, Sprint, CBC, Sears Canada, Royal Bank, Scotiabank, CIBC, TD Canada Trust, Nav Canada and Transport Canada. George began his career with Rogers Network Services, progressing through increasingly senior roles in network operations, purchasing, customer service and process management at Rogers, C1 Communications and AT&T Canada. His unwavering commitment to superior customer service and extensive experience will ensure that Toronto Hydro Telecom's team delivers best-in-class customer service.
